Warehouse Site Business Unit Leader.

April 2011 to Present
Direct 4 operations resources, 160 operations associates, and drive
operations performance in safety, service, and productivity. The
operation includes managing a variety of personnel including maintenance
technicians, sanitation personnel, administrators, and team members
between both the Modesto Main Warehouse and the Modesto Exchange
Warehouse. The sites are 24 hour, 7 days a week operations that
collectively ship over 43 million cases annually with an annual operating
budget of over $14 million to service California, Nevada, Hawaii, and
numerous locations throughout the world. It is the 3rd largest warehouse
operation in Frito-Lay North America and supports the largest region with
annual sales exceeding $1 billion.

over 850 company vehicles of various types located throughout California,

10 million dollar annual operating budget.

the production of salty snacks on five production lines in a 24 hour, 7
days a week operation. Ensured the flawless execution of producing over
13,000 pounds hourly of gold standard product while reducing downtime,
overtime, and overall costs as well as meeting all food safety
requirements. Led the re-launch of two product brands as well as drove
numerous cost components to national bests.
