As a Telemarketer and Sales Representative for Axel, my duties were to

set appointments for myself as the Sales Representative, and I went out to

sell the courier services to our potential customers.

As a telemarketer for Sturner & Klein, my duties were to sell government

publications over the telephone to businesses such as doctors offfices, hospitals,

universities and other medical locations, throughout the United States and Canada.

May 1999- Telemarketer/Appointment Setter

September 1999 Olympic Home Improvement Alexandria, Virginia

As a Telemarketer working for Olympic Home Improvement, I was an

appointment setter. I set appointments for the sales force to go out to the

customers' private homes to sell home improvements. I was required to set

approximately three appointments a day. While there I utilized rebuttals to

overcome objectives from the potential customer.

November 1994 Investigator

January 1999 Choice Point Mclean, Virginia

As an investigator for Choice Point, I located absent parents for Child

Support Enforcement for the city of New York. I was required to

communicate with prisons, family members, friends, parole officers,

neighbors and landlords in my attempts to locate the absent parent. This was

skip trace work, it was attention to detail and quite a bit of report writing. I

was required to pull credit reports and run the social security numbers to locate

the individual. All investigations were done over the telephone, computer, fax

and mail.
