JOB DESCRIPTION:

Designation: PROJECT ENGINEER

Period: AUG 2013 to Till now.

Project Name: Residential building at Ravi Site, Breach Candy.

Client: Spenta Realty Pvt Ltd.

Responsibilities:

Checking quality of materials such as cement, steel bars, woods,

concrete and other construction materials.

Checking and inspecting quality of works during construction.

Checking actual construction according to drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with the clients for whatever revision on drawings and in

actual construction.

Implement the client specification on site in terms of materials

delivery and installation.

Submit all materials approvals to the client

Engage in conducting laboratory and field tests

Ensure fulfilment of all inspection & test requirements at all stages

as per the Contract requirements

Preparing Documentation and compile test packs for all jobs to meet

client requirements and as per specification.

Maintain and update records for all site documents.

Arranging weekly meeting & preparing daily, weekly progress report

highway and is constructed by post tensioning method.

building constructed by using a new technic called "Maiwan Shuttering"

for speedy construction. In which ordinary wall is replaced with RCC

wall.

Neelkamal apartmet at Mulund, Mumbai, which is a 30 storey residential

Building with 4 Stories underground allotted for parking.

Yogesh Heights, at Panvel, Navi Mumbai, which is a 10 storey

residential building constructed on soft soil using pile foundation.
