Research Interest
My research interest includes studying the Biochemical
markers of Dyslipidemia and to study new markers such
as Lp(a), Apolipoproteins and their effect on Cardio
vascular diseases. The inflammatory markers and their
role in CVD becomes very important and its early
screening can help in reducing and preventing CVD.
Dyslipidemia is genetic too and therefore it becomes
equally important to study molecular markers so that it
will be helpful in drug designing and pharmacogenomics.
