Charged with directing the daily efforts of Labor Relation Managers with
a multi-million dollar budget operating in Central U.S. and Canada.
Accountable for negotiations and the administration of approximately 68
separate contracts, and serving on behalf of the company at all levels
of the arbitration process. In addition to this, appointed to serve as
Chairman of various levels of the grievance procedure, including: the
Central States Chairman for 17 years, as well as Chairman of national
and inter-national negotiation teams, and served as Director for the
Canadian Pension and Health and Welfare Funds. Served as spokesperson
regarding all major U.S. operations changes, and drafted most
operational changes, involving the movement of personnel from location
