Work experience :-

Fabrication, Sheet metal works, Press tools.

plast pvt ltd for six months during the period jan 2012 to may2012 in

field of plastic moulding process.

Responsibility and work profile:-

1. To conduct & ensure internal audit against the customer complaints.

2. Known measurement skills are carbon test, nugget test, chisel test,

ultrasonic test, and vernier, micrometer, &clearance gauges.

3. Take care of Planned Layout inspection for assy. parts in the plant.

4. Preparation the PPAP documents.

5. Responsible for third party calibration for plant instruments & gauges

& masters.

6. Responsible for update documentation like control plan, process flow,

PFMEA as per customer complains.

7. Conduct training program for operator regarding severity of defects at

customer end.

8. Performed Daily Product Audit against line complaints for prevention

of failures due to wrong material, setting or process.

9. Maintaining and calibrating various gauges and torque wrenches.

10. Attend the morning meeting to understand the on line issues regarding

incoming material.

11. Responsible for analysis of 'Statistical Process Control by hands on

experience on Excel sheet.

College PROJECT DETAILS

Name : "Design and structural analysis of a transmission tower using

FEM".

Team Size : Four

Status : We consider static problem of engineering mechanics we

come across truss, beam and plates with appropriate load conditions. As the

engineering problems can be corrected to mathematical model. There are as

many numerical methods are these, as variety of problems that were used to

find the unknowns. Finite element method uses such kind of numerical

method. -- A transmission tower is designed as the truss structure and four

of the lowest points of tower members are fixed without considering

displacement of foundations. This is the reason why the allowable

displacement of foundations is strictly limited.Error in displacement,

stress and strains obtained by FEM Using C-PROGRAM is very small when

compared with the solution obtained by ANSYS package.
