Oracle ACS is a global pool of experts within Oracle Support who deliver tailored, proactive and

reactive technical support services for Oracle customers to assist them in maximizing the

stability, availability, and performance of their critical business systems

As a member of the Database and Engineered Systems ( Exadata, Exalytics, Exalogic)

teams within ACS:

Provided short term (typically 1-5 weeks) services to approximately twenty Oracle

customers yearly, primarily at the customer site. Customers have included Fortune 500

companies, federal, state, and city gove rnments, and both large and small private and

public companies and organizations in a variety of industries throughout the United

States. Each engagement was unique and technically complex

Achieved rapid familiarization with the environment, issues, expectations, concerns, and the

roles of the managers, engineers, and other technical support personnel and maintained a
