change etc.
• Sending interested candidates profile to the client.
• Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for Technical Discussion with the client as
per the client's Interest either Telephonic or In-person.
• Scheduling short listed candidates for Final Rounds of Interview.
• Salary and Notice period negotiation.
• Follow up the candidate till He/ She accept the Offer, Sending the required
documents to the company and successfully closing the given requirements.
