Kelly Staff Net (KSN) :
The Kelly Staff Net (KSN) application is the branch front office system for the US, Canada and Puerto Rico. This
application focuses on the Customer, Employee and Order information by which a user can add/update the data and
this information is passed on to the end system (People Soft) through BizTalk. Several applications in Kelly use
BizTalk (2009) for the data exchange between their systems (Ex: KSN-PS, KSN-BH, BH-KSN, GIP, TEI etc
BizTalk facilitates the data exchange between any source and any destination systems. BizTalk application here in the
ICC project pulls both US & Canadian transactions from KSN (front office application) and sends it to the PeopleSoft
(end system), and transactions going from KSN to Bull Horn (another front end application) and transactions coming
from BH to KSN. These messages are sent to the corresponding BizTalk interfaces for further processing.
Responsibilities:
