To obtain the position of Laser CNC Operator

Summary of Experience

I have over 11 years of experience operating Trumpf Laser CNC Machines. Those machines include the

Trumatic L2530 and the Trumatic L3030. From October 2003 to February 2005 I operated The L2530 for

Hunter Manufacturing Company and from June 2005 to the Present I have been operating the L3030 for

Cleveland Steel Specialty Company. Both machines are basically the same, the differences include the

layouts of the machines (the positions of the pallets, computer screen, etc.).

Producing at Efficiency Ratings

Performing Basic Maintenance of the Machine and Equipment

Pulling Work Orders and Material

Staging Material and Finished Jobs

Setting Up Machine and Jobs

Downloading and Basic Editing of Programs

Changing Cutting Conditions

Performing Tapeshots

Focusing, Changing, and Cleaning Lenses

Changing Gas Bottles

Starting Up and Shutting Down Machine

Editing Trumpf CNC Computer Programs (limited)

Operation of Pneumatic Suction Crane

Basics of Sheet Metal (gauges, types, etc.)

Precision Measuring Tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges etc.)

Blueprint Reading

Geometric Dimensioning and

Tolerances

Tow motor Driving (sit-down and stand-up)

Excellent Math and Reading Skills
