[24]7 Innovation Labs is a service based company
having [24]7 Assist platform and [24]7 Online+Mobile platform as its
product. [24]7 Online+Mobile platform is provides Chat solution to the end
user of different clients on Desktop, Tablet and Mobile devices. Chat
solution includes Proactive invites and Button invites as per client
specific UI format. Triggering invite to customer is also based on Rules
and Analyticcal Models which includes [24]7 standard rules and client
specific custom rules. On accepting invite it gets connects to Assist agent
console. [24]7 Assist platform provides Assist console which is used to
accept chat communicate with end user using extensive set of sliders,
shortcuts, smart commands options. Assist console is having 3 roles as
Admin, Lead and Agent. Data collected from client's website will be sent
from Online platform to Assist platform and Standard/Custom reporting will
be maintained in Assist console.
Responsibilities:
. Individual contributor and team member of service delivery team of
Online and Mobile Chat Solutions that involves Tagging, Data
gathering, Modeling, Predictive Analysis using Cloud computing and
Cassandra systems deployed in Amazon Cloud and data centers.
. Testing the client's domain and all triggering URL's to make sure
[24]7 solution is loaded hence solution is flowing without any
glitches.
. Verifying that Invite is loading as expected and connecting to agent

This is an OSS based Order processing application
connected to Time Warner Cable website where end user will purchase handset
devices online and then the TWG application is responsible for providing
complete environment to activate and ship their device. The agent process
the customer's orders. Order processing activity involves different
scenarios based on the Order types as well as different Use cases. Use
cases are designed and implemented and cover complete services/scenarios as
per the client's requirement like Activating/Deactivating/Swapping Devices,
Suspending/Resuming /Disconnecting Activation and Swapping/Changing offers.
Responsibilities:
. Running each use case and verifying the result to meet their
requirement.
. Verifying request and responses triggered for each API call from the
connector.
. Sanity testing thoroughly to determine issues in the application.

This is a dual mode project where Frond End Project
TWCUI is designed as an E-Commerce web application where customer purchases
services (Digital TV, Internet and Digital Phone) from TWC Company online.
It involves huge set of extensive plans, offers, packages and graphical
animations to attract customers. Once customer purchases device they will
receives unique order and same will reach to order number Back End Project
SNCRBF which is order processing application. SNCRBF is responsible for
verifying the entire details of customer and hence activating, shipping the
device to the customer. Verifying process involves examining customer
address and credit card details also confirming shipping date.
Responsibilities:
. Testing TWCUI front end website in all browser to identify browser
specific issues.
. Testing the TWCUI application to ensure that it is meeting client's
requirement exactly in terms of offers, packages, prices and content
etc.
. Testing the SNCRBF application to ensure the orders are flowing
properly to their respective queues for the specific failed scenarios.
. Analyzing the new enhancement BR/CR's received from the client and
Writing test cases for them.

WLP and DELL GMAP's are platforms provide
environment to activate offers/plans for the mobile hand set devices. DELL
GMAP is connected Dell.com and hence receives the services from Dell
directly and activate the offers to the devices ensuring the customers
address and credit check validation with respective career connectots. WLP
is a huge platform has different set of careers like SONY, USCC, Mccoy,
Panasonic and Samsung.
Responsibilities:
. Testing each career thoroughly to ensure the application is reaching
the clients requirement covering all scenarios.
. Reviewed the Selenium Scripts developed by the team members.
. Identified elements and prepared selenium test scripts in spreadsheet.
. Verifying each page and flow is displaying as expected for all
careers.
. Validating and request and responses triggered for all careers to
their respective connectors to their specific schema.
