equipment start-ups. Managed Maintenance and Toolroom Departments and

Customers. Orchestrated daily Production/Quality meetings to improve plant

communications.

Company Description: Several partners and I founded this plastic injection

molding company that reached $12M in sales, as well as stared up PTC

Trucking and a separate assembly facility located nearby in Edgerton, OH.

We quickly became a Tier Two supplier for GM, Chrysler, Ford, Honda, Mazda

and Toyota. Our total customer base included 70% automotive, 20% boat and

RV, and 10% miscellaneous (including medical - defibulator cases).

Managed plant of over 100 employees who contributed to and shared in our

success. Lead all technical and operational decisions related to our insert

molding, vertical shuttles and rotary shuttles production along with

providing specialty sampling shop for our customers. Coordinated

engineering changes and multiple tool shop affiliations. Obtained QS9000
