2.Project Title: “SORT: A Self-ORganizing Trust Model for Peer-to-Peer Systems”
Description: Open nature of peer-to-peer systems exposes them to malicious activity. Building trust relationships among peers can mitigate attacks of malicious peers. This project presents a peer to reason about trustworthiness of other peers based on past interactions and recommendations. Two contexts of trust, service, and recommendation contexts are defined to measure trustworthiness in providing services and giving recommendations. Interactions and recommendations are evaluated based on importance, recentness, and peer satisfaction parameters. This project is implemented by using front end as java Swings and Back end Mysql.

An Extended Visual Cryptography Scheme without Pixel Expansion For Halftone Images:
Visual cryptography is a secret sharing scheme which uses images distributed as shares such that, when the shares are superimposed, a hidden secret image is revealed. In extended visual cryptography, the share images are constructed to contain meaningful cover images, thereby providing opportunities for integrating visual cryptography and biometric security techniques. a method for processing halftone images that improves the quality of the share images and the recovered secret image in an extended visual cryptography scheme for which the size of the share images and the recovered image is the same as for the original halftone secret image.
