Objective
I have worked on Microsoft campus in building 11 since 1993. I would like
the opportunity to grow both in my career and personal life and I think I
can do that by pursuing other avenues available to me. With my experience
here I believe I would be a valuable asset. I am very capable leaning new

. Telecom Applications:

. Experienced customer services on a wide scale at Microsoft

. Have collaborated extensively with CSS (formerly PSS) and the business
groups.
. End user contact for Applications connected to the PBX using OAI
channels including sql support.
Projects
. Working on migrating Callcenter applications from 2003 to 2008
platforms
. Worked on upgrading hundreds of our servers 2003 OS to 2008 and later
to 2008R2sp1
. Worked with ipak upgrades on hundreds of servers
. Involved and oversaw complete server resource upgrades on over 1000
servers in the Microsoft datacenter.
. Assisted in B11 completion of DataCenter conversion from winnt3.51 to
Compaq rack mounted servers on the NT40 platform involving 1000's of
physical servers.
. Assisted in a major DataCenter move. I was the escalation for all
application issues when the servers were brought back online.
. Dayshift lead for windows 2000 server deployment in the B11 DataCenter
over saw work and finished builds inspected for quality of work and
completeness of build.
. SAP retrofit for the Microsoft accounting team
. Worked with Microsoft in installing the very first SAN servers on
campus using Digital technology.

Responsibilities:
Maintained PBX applications produced by Aastra, along with
applications hardware and Operation Systems win2003 - 2012.
I process change management tickets for work to be completed on
servers in building 11 and TK5.
I support telecom sql servers I make sure the sql backups are up to
date.
1 I am also contact point for reporting ran against the ms4 and mp00
pbx either through the callcenter application or sql database for
Microsoft management.
I maintain the E911 servers located in the PBX room of building 11.
I maintain the msfax and direct fax servers currently residing in Tuk
5 datacenter
I am responsible to keep all telecom servers uptodate with patches and
Ipaks
Reason for leaving-Not yet left. I would like to pursue other avenues
with more possibilities of advancement . I need to broaden my
experiences.

Responsibilities: Responsible for various Telecom applications, and
Microsoft server OS and hardware, maintained sql application and
performed an assortment of tasks for Microsoft management.
I am responsible to keep all telecom servers uptodate with patches and
Ipaks I am also frequently loaned out to other groups.
Reason for leaving- I was offered a position with Aastra here at
Microsoft with better benefits and a higher pay level. I was the best
qualified applicant.

MCSS Dayshift Lead Technician On Microsoft Campus
Responsibilities: Lead Vendor Technician on the MCSS (Mission Critical
Server Support) team. Trained staff, Inspected quality of work and
completeness before releasing to the customer, installed many
different applications. My team kept over 2000 servers up to date
with datacenter standards including patches and ipak installs, end
escalation point for any server related issues in the Microsoft
Datacenter, acted as the liaison between our group and the other
support groups here at Microsoft.
Reason for leaving-I assisted in building the Aastra servers for
Microsoft and they needed someone on full time to support them. They
offered me the position with better benefits and pay.

Responsibilities: Rebuild servers and upgrade from nt351 to nt40, in
charge with removing old apec racks and tower mounted servers out of
Microsoft datacenter. Staged server hardware and OS builds. QC'd
servers and released to customers in the Microsoft Datacenter.
