Act as a leader in the APAC region to monitor the control environment in Aerospace, Hydraulic and Vehicle Group.

My duties and responsibilities include the following:

To act as the trainer to all Guest Validators in the Region every year in China and India.

To act as the leader in the SOX audit team and provide the professional validations on sites.

To act as the balance sheet reviewer on ledgers to provide the solid suggestions to improve their control

environments.

To provide the ad hoc preliminary assessment to those acquisition site with the scope of control

environment.

To motivate the controllers to work with the Accounting policies and standards.

First year, I had been working as Group Financial Controller in Winner Hydraulics Company Limited and help all finance

managers to integrate the new Company, Vickers Systems Ltd ( US listed manufacturing group ) whose business is in the

manufacturing and trading of hydraulics and related products. The other factories were situated in Ningbo, Shanghai,

Jining,Guangzhou and Luzhou and Hong Kong. Second year and onwards, I promoted as Finance Process Improvement

manager to responsible for the leader of the SOX 404 and system implementation and renewal for all the entities in

Greater China Region . Two years later, I promoted to act as Finance Project Manager for Asia Pacific under the

supervision of Controller – Asia Pacific to monitor the SOX 404 and other project implementation in Asia Pacific.

My duties and responsibilities includes the following:

Work with all finance staffs in Asia Pacific Region to perform the requirements of the SOX 404 and other system

renewal.

Trained as SOX auditors and audit the entities in Asia Pacific Region, Japan and Australia.

To back up the operation, eg month end close and budget for next year.

To act as Finance Manager in Singapore Hydraulic six month in order to maintain the financial activities due to the

turnover of Controller and Manager.

manufacturing and trading of hydraulics and related products. The other factories were situated in Ningbo, Shanghai and

Guangzhou and Luzhou.

My duties and responsibilities includes the following:

Head 20 accounting staffs to perform the daily and project functions

Site visit the factories in Ningbo, Shanghai, Guangzhou and Luzhou for every one or two month and

perform the internal audit and all matters in relation to audit, accounting and taxation.

To restructure the Group and taxation review for preparing for Listing in HK.

Documentation the internal audit and reporting workflow of each region.

To cope with the Due Diligence requests from the potential purchasers and investors.

matters in relation to the cope with the listed matters in Hong Kong.

As a communicator with the China and Hong Kong office and coordinate and supervise all accountant s in

different region.

Coordinate with the auditors with the interim and final year reporting and all matters relating to the annual report.
