09/2011 – 11/2014 Special Metals Corp General Supervisor
I was the General Supervisor at Special Metals in Elkhart, IN. from September 14 th, 2011 to
November 17th, 2014 I directed and supervised 3 Production Supervisors and 30 + hourly
employees in all aspects of production. While being accountable for safety, quality metrics,
daily production, productivity, efficiency and on t ime in full delivery (and t roubleshooting
any problems related to these metrics), as well as general housekeeping conditions (5S
i nitiative) while ensuring all safety and quality goals are met or exceeded.
I was heavily involved in relocating and setting up the new facility in Elkhart Indiana in
November 2011, as well as t raining and developing a new workforce to safely and
p roductively manufacture quality specialty wire for aerospace, fastener, weld wire, thermal
spray, and other wire industries.
I was responsible for producing quality specialty wire from 1.00” diameter to .005” diameter
w ire in coils, spools, reels, barrels, and straight bars from several super alloys including
I nconel’s, Monel’s, Incoloy’s, Hastelloy’s, and stainless.

D irect and Supervised 30 + employees safely and productively producing and copper plating
welding wire, while ensuring 100 % on time in full delivery. I was actively involved in safety,
