freight forwarding, container handling,

transportation, & custom clearance etc.

Our customer is "PETRO RABIGH CO" a joint

venture of Saudi Armco and Sumitomo Chemical Japan.

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for operations of container handling equipment such

as Reach Stacker, Top Loader, Empty Handler, Heavy Fork

Lifter and container lift on/off operations at CY, Open Yard,

Silo and any other Petro Rabigh Logistics(PRC) area with

smoothly, accurately and safely.

Responsibilities:

V To check equipment condition and make daily inspection check list and

keep record of machine user's name time, date etc.

V To be familiar with equipment all functions, display, capacity,

accurate operation procedure, starting engine, moving with loads,

braking, parking and other standard operation procedures.

V To follow instructions such as location/shipping line(S/L) placard,

bravo system, outbound loading schedule, sea bulk inner liner schedule

and lift on/off empty/full containers from/onto trailer and stack it

into assigned CY location (Bay, Row, Tier) or lift/on assigned

trailer.

V To check shipping line, vessel name and make sure if container was

properly stacked at assigned CY location and report to operation OPSC.

V To check shipping line, vessel name and make sure if container was

properly picked from actual CY location and report to OPSC.

V To report immediately if operator finds any discrepancy in CY

location, container number, shipping line, vessel name etc or any

other instructions.

V To operate equipment properly and take care of equipment condition,

monitor preventive maintenance.

V To report immediately if operator finds any problems to equipment

during operations.

V To follow container shifting plan and complete job for maximizing CY

space, smooth operation, minimizing idled time of container.

V To attend safety and operation meeting at the beginning of every

shift.

V To adhere/monitor strictly the safety, health, environment and quality

(SHEQ) procedures of RPL and PRC.

V To maintain good housekeeping office and CY all the time for SHEQ

compliance.

V To be aware to provide first add and to report to whom it may concern

immediately in case of emergency at workplace.

V To fallow any related job assigned by dispatcher / operation

controller / supervisor.
