t urnaround for the company that was in danger of shutdown due to declining sales and profits.

D rove sales increase from $3 million to $20 million by recruiting and hi ring new, top-
performing sales representatives and restructuring compensation to foster growth. Gained

Worked with Engineering on developing state-of-the-art designs for various
markets, including aviation runway lighting and motor drives. Developed high-frequency
magnets for use in induction heating and melting applications, increasing sales within the
market and establishing the company as a supplier.

capital equipment to expand both the capacity and capability of manufacturing.
