OVERVIEW:

Hold full P&L responsibility for all activities and functions within a $20 million organization,

i ncluding Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing & Materials Management, Finance,

H R, and Operations. Supervise, mentor, and evaluate team of 50. Tasked with leading a

t urnaround for the company that was in danger of shutdown due to declining sales and profits.

D rove sales increase from $3 million to $20 million by recruiting and hi ring new, top-

performing sales representatives and restructuring compensation to foster growth. Gained

new customers and markets.

Worked with Engineering on developing state-of-the-art designs for various

markets, including aviation runway lighting and motor drives. Developed high-frequency

magnets for use in induction heating and melting applications, increasing sales within the

market and establishing the company as a supplier.

I ncreased margins from 5-7% and improved on-time delivery to 95% by investing in

capital equipment to expand both the capacity and capability of manufacturing.

Championed a Continuous Improvement culture w ithin manufacturing management
