Professional Objective: To obtain meaningful and challenging employment that provides
opportunities to learn, use my creative skills and advance in my career.
Professional Skills:
I regularly used Outlook, Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint at an advanced level and provided support
for Microsoft Office products. I was trusted as a “Power User” with administrative access to my personal
work PC.
I designed, built & maintained the Network Activity Log Database, used by Network, Hotline &
Terminal Maintenance and I was assisting in the process of integrating this with the corporate Retailer
database to enable access to it by AGLC, MBLL and SaskSport.
I was responsible for coordinating services between multiple stakeholders including provincial lottery
organizations, Telco companies and WCLC systems.
I was trained in or have some experience with SQL, VBA, and a variety of proprietary software systems. I
am a very quick study and able to easily learn new systems.
I am highly-organized, with an ability to manage large volumes of rapidly changing data on a regular
basis.
I have built professional goodwill relationships over the years with my regular contacts that have
benefitted WCLC and the Provincial Offices by allowing me to request and receive additional support over
and above contracted levels.
