homes by me, approximately 2000 company wide here in
North East Florida.

parcel of land. Designed and Developed 8 sub-divided
parcels for sale as residential building parcels. This
was a Family Financed Project and upon its completion
realized an Eighty Percent Gross Profit.

and completion of entire project (Three Sub-Divisions)
on budget and on time. Weekly scheduling, instruction
and review of 8 plus employees, maintaining production
and completion of over 250 homes in North East Florida.

Change Orders, winning "Parade of Homes".
