2014 - Present Program Manager (primus Software) AT& T

Consulting with AT&T on a Large 4G LTE Deployment project, supporting the

Field Project Managers in achieving their goals for Integrating and Testing

the Network to make it ready for 2000 RAN Sites to be On-Air to handle live

traffic. Provided overall direction to project and project teams. Manage

the integration of tasks and ensure adherence to project deliverables.

ALCATEL-LUCENT (1987 - 2013):

2005 - 2013 Technical Project Manager - Network Performance Tools

Led a team for Automation of End-to-End Network Performance Analysis for

LTE, CDMA/ EVDO Voice and Data Networks for Verizon Wireless. Design,

Develop, and Deliver Performance Analysis Tools and Services. Managing a

revenue stream of approx 4.0 M/year.

. Led the team of 12 network performance engineers to evaluate the

performance of applications and infrastructure and provide

recommendations for improvements.

. Contributed to the development of Automating Tools & Processes

2001 - 2003 Delivery Manager - - Network & RAN Deployment and

Integration

Manager for Deploying a 3G CDMA/EVDO Network for an International Customer

- Reliance Infocomm in India comprising of 12 Cities in which 22 Switches

and 1000 Base Stations are deployed in 8 months. Managed the complete

deployment of CORE Network, RAN, Base Stations and RF in the region to

accomplish a very challenging task. Demanding customer needed long work

hours and maintaining team work and motivation of team members under these

very difficult situations.

Managing the Funded and Professional Services - Deployment and Integration

of Network Elements for customers in the USA.

. Led the team of 15 network engineers and evaluate the production

processes and operations run guides for monitoring the applications and

infrastructure and provide recommendations.

. Facilitate the status meetings and provide leadership and ensure the

healthy communication between all the teams' members and seniors and

managed release schedules for multiple applications.

. Responsible for communication, including status reporting, risk

management, escalation of issues that cannot be resolved in the team,

and, in general, making sure the project is delivered on schedule, and

GIS Data for Design, Drive Testing Co-ordination, Project Management,

Financial Reporting, Vendor Management for Contractors and Outsourcing,

Staff Scheduling and Equipment management. Managed team remotely as Group
