Both were ground up jobs, the buildings were PEMB and 9100 sq. ft.

site work packages.

Bullseye Center Elizabethtown, Ky.

This was a 5 unit strip mall. The scope of work included

demolition of an existing gas station, a small

3 unit building and a house and garage. A complete site package

with cuts and fills to balance and

achieve the new elevations. The building structural steel and the

exterior was a combination of EIFS

and Masonry. Tenants finish's performed were the landlord work

for a Mattress Firm and a Qdoba.

Landlord and tenant for a Fire House Sub.

Dollar Generals -Spencerville, Ohio-Gratiot, Ohio and Princeton,

WV

All were ground up builds, with a complete site work package. The

buildings were PEMB

And 9100 Sq. ft. each

Project Superintendent - C E Gleeson Constructors - Royal Oak,

Michigan 6/2007-11/2011

Walgreens Manassas, VA Feb

2011 - Nov 2011

This project consists of clean and grubbing of the site, all site

utilities and grading, establishing a new lane along the main road

Dumfries for the entrance, construction of a 14,600 sq. ft. block and

brick building. Coordination of all activities with Walgreens, City and

Developer.

LA Fitness Broadville, IL

April 2010 - Sept 2010

Project was a 50,000sq ft build out, the shell was existing so there

was a lot of interior demo, including removing concrete and excavation

for the pool and spa, Steel beams and columns that needed to be

relocated, Project scope included a basketball court, a stepped

platform spinning room, Aerobic room, "Kids Klub" and Juice Bar.

LA Fitness Royal Oak, MI Aug 2009 - April 2010

This project was a 40,000 sq. ft building with a ground floor parking

structure. The structure was a "Pre-Cast panel" design. The project

stated in Aug 2009 and was completed on schedule in April of 2010.

Project scope included a lap pool, spa, basketball court, aerobics, and

spinning rooms, locker rooms with saunas. Weather was a big factor in

the completion of the job. Weight restrictions and coring of the Pre-

Cast floor panels so as to not lower the structural and stress factor

of the floor panels was a challenge.

In between jobs in the field, I have been in the office as part of the

estimating team, and management team for contracts.

Walgreens Portland, IN Oct 2008 - March 2009

Scope of work for this job was to finish up the building since I took

it over from another superintendent and had to bring it back on

schedule. Building was finished on schedule.

Walgreens Fort Wayne, IN June 2008 - Oct 2008

Scope of work included demolition of 4 existing homes and buildings,

install approximately 5 ft. of engineered fill to site, footings to a

finished building. The schedule was 5 months.

Douglas J Aveda School of Cosmetology Royal Oak, MI June 2007 -

Oct 2007

Work scope included major demolition of an existing two story building

with a new 2 story attached addition, for a total of 34,300 sq. ft. The

existing building required a new fa ade, Scope for the inside area's of

the school were all new HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, elevator,

partitions, drywall and all finishes. Contract

amount $3,156,686.00

Project Superintendent - Willson Builders, Inc. - Toledo, OH

1/2007 - 4/2007

Kohl's Westland, MI

Work scope included remodel of over 90,000 sq. ft. building. The job

was done on schedule which was a 14 week duration.

The work was completed with a day shift for the exterior and some

interior and a night shift for all of the interior work. I was the

superintendent on the Interior work at night. The interior finished

with time spare. The reason for the short duration with this company is

that I was only contracted for this particular job.

Project Superintendent - DeMaria Building Company - Detroit/Novi,

MI 1/2001 - 4/2006

During the five years with DeMaria as a site superintendent I have been

in charge of several job sites. The range of diverse work included a

Mail Sort Facility at the new airport, Reconstruction and painting of a

million gallon water storage building, updating fire alarms and HVAC

systems in different buildings for the Detroit Water and Sewer Dept.

Building 51 units of town houses and 25 building of a combination of

triplex and duplex units. Upgrades at a fresh water plant for the City

of Detroit Water Dept. Responsibilities were scheduling, budgets,

running subcontractor meetings, attending owner meetings, safety

enforcement. DeMaria provided many opportunities for training, the

latest was completing the 30 OSHA training class. This was only one of

several training session that I have completed.

Project Superintendent - Etkin Skanska - Southfield, MI

05/1999 - 10/2000

Renovation and additions to the Clawson High School. Scope of the work

included a new gym and renovated locker room area, additions to the

Administrative office and the Media Center, complete renovation of

classrooms, updating science rooms, renovating the old gym into a new

auditorium. The part of the bond issue was approximately 15 Million.

Several phases had to be managed at one time with up to 75 workers on

site.

Project Superintendent - The Christman Company - Lansing, MI

06/1997 - 05/1999

Haslett High School Haslett, MI

Work scope included new class rooms, Media Center, gym, weight room, and

student commons additions, with renovations to the Administrative office

and science rooms. Part of this bond issue was also a class room

addition to the Middle School, which I was also in charge of. The Bond

issue was 14 million.

Ingham Medical Center Emergency Department expansion and renovation.

President - S. B. Builders - Port Huron, MI

1987 - 1997

Residential and Commercial Projects, including a 202 unit apartment

complex as a general contractor completed in 14 months. Design and

construction of several custom homes, and other commercial projects,

construction management training, and supervision
