• I greeat customers and vendors as they come in and direct them to the appropriate
department.
• I am in charge Payables and receivables invoices, making sure that they get posted and paid
in a timely manner. As well as calling customers and vendors that we have accounts with, to make sure that
payments are up to date on both ends and work out payment agreements if necessary.
• I answer multi-phone line system, directing callers to corresponding extensions, and
answering customer questions to the best of my knowledge, as well as take messages if customers do not
want to be transfered to voicemail.
• I also reconcile bank and credit card accounts, keeping the company up to date with how
much money we have at the end of each day using microsoft excel.
• I enter and submit credit applications for contracts on equipment that is to be financed and
purchased from us through the lender’s site. Then keeping an excel spreadsheet on all the contracts, and cash
sales that we have on file
• I also do clerical work such as: filing paperwork, faxing and scanning documents,
corresponding with vendors, customers, and employees through microsoft outlook, as well as bookkeeping;
keeping a detailed list of our inventory between the two locations.
