Spearheaded multiple programs to emphasis and enhance quality. Developed and analyzed statistical data to

determine present quality and safety standards, and establish and facilitated training to formulate and enhance

quality control objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals. Applied total quality management tools

T-MOBILE, Chicago, IL 2009 – 2010

Oversaw build schedules, construction activities and integration, optimization and troubleshooting of all activities

as they pertained to civil and RF construction. Supervised staff of 5 construction managers across 3 states and

teams of up to 16 subcontractors during construction and close out activities. Procured reports to local, regional

and executive management teams and service providers regarding the status of the Central region.

• Spearheaded construction and implementation of civil and RF construction for UMTS Node B Project.

• Successfully managed 500+ sites in 13 months, while achieving all milestones for the Central Region.

AT&T WIRELESS, Chicago, IL 2008 – 2009

Project Manager (Contractor)

Spearheaded the development and implementation of civil and RF construction plans. Managed logistics for the

UMTS construction and subsequent troubleshooting of cellular network facilities. Supervised teams of up to 30

subcontractors and in-house employees. Authored and revised process control documents, and provided support

in developing and updating policies and procedures.

• Launched approximately half of the market’s 415 sites in less than six months with zero errors.

Managed full life cycle of multiple telecommunications construction projects for several major wireless providers.
