2013-2014: Training at Vanrise Solutions

Theme: Technical Support Engineer /Database Administration

Install Vanrise system, testing and troubleshoot it. This is

done on different type of servers remotely and on Hand

(Windows Server 2003/2008 standard and Enterprise). This

includes setting up all the security firewall rules on install and

following up on errors raised by windows

Daily follow up the customers; follow up includes all

system processes

Optimize system processes. This includes monitoring

servers and optimizing them for best performance in addition to

monitoring the database (Backup schedules and manual,
