Credit Analyst

• Spread financial statements and tax returns utilizing Cash Suite spreading program.

• Prepare credit opportunity memo (preflight) and credit write up.

• Assess company financial strength by thoroughly reviewing tax returns and financial statements.

• Responsible for loan covenant, financial reporting tracking, and annual credit renewals.

• Underwrite owner occupy real estate, investment real estate, term loans and lines of credit.

• Manage a loan portfolio of $60MM.

• Assist with problem loan management.

First Vietnamese American Bank, Westminster, CA 07/2008-06/2010

Credit Analyst

• Spread financial statements and tax returns utilizing Cash Suite spreading program.

• Analyzed 2-3 commercial loans daily out of combined 10-15 total loans brought in daily

by Loan Sales Reps.

• Work with the Underwriter to structure and underwrite credit deals ranging from $250M -

$2MM.

• Work with Relationship Managers to gather full package for underwriting.

• Assist Relationship Managers with portfolio management including monitoring past due

financial statements and prepare credit memo for annual renewals and reviews.
