. Extensive use and installation of MSSQL for testing purposes

(different versions).

. Responsible for DB testing for Community Contact Center (a web-based

automated Call-Center application used to gather data statistics,

control staffing and IT costs, and monitor agents for real-time

adherence). Writing of test plans (all releases) and automated test

scripts with Rational Test Software for Community.

. Responsible for writing test plans, getting necessary information to

verify full coverage via developer, specs or internet if necessary for

remaining products.

. Testing embedded software by downloading the software (via Filezilla)

to the SDA (Symon Digital Appliance: set-top box) and then testing

different protocols, verifying all wireless capability options and

full SDA functionality.

. Full/solely responsibility for test plan creation and testing of Symon

Inview Mobile (IOs mobile application and web hosted software) for two

versions.

. Testing of Web-based software suite and manual testplans:

DesignStudio, DesignStudioLite and ContentCourier.

. Initially used "Heat" Defect Tracking system.

. Upgraded and then use of TFS 2010, 2012 and then 2012 for defect

management and tracking.

. Completed training in VisualStudio 2013 Test Manager and Coded UI

. Verify severe defects are corrected prior to release.

. Manual product testing including web applications, mobile application

software (iPhone, iPad, Android), desktop software, electronic LED

display sign software and Symon Digital Appliance (a set-top box

. Manual product testing for data from phone switches and proprietary

collectors include full testing of the following Symon collectors: XML

Collector, Regular Expressions Collector as well as other proprietary

specific collectors for call centers and data/phone switches.

. Provide information to the documentation department regarding various

products as needed (ODBC Collector, DataStudio, XML Connector, etc).

. End-to-End and DB testing of DataStudio and its interaction with

DesignStudio and DSL by setting up the full system and using virtual

technology (Hyper-V). Set up and implementing different test

environments (different software versions, operation systems or

protocols) as well as RMG DataStudio features (ContentCourier,

ContentManager, SDA, data filtering of groups on digital appliances

and desktop applications) as well as interconnection with SDA.
