CAREER OBJECTIVES

I have aimed at providing excellent service in a prestigious company through robust job performance and

continuously expanding my knowledge and experience. This benefits my personal and professional life. Being

optimistic, I believe that performing well with the support of a team and the support of my superiors achieves

many goals and helps meet desired objectives. Thanks to my internship with an American company operating in

Colombia and my work experience with the only authorized Caterpillar dealer in Colombia, I have had extensive

exposure to technical English – which I think has been very important in my professional development to this

point. This extensive use of technical English also bodes well for my future job performance. I am fluent in

English and Spanish.

HIGHLIGHTS

• While I was working with technical audits, I successfully detected an incorrect assembly

procedure for final drive that had low reliability. As a result, my work team and I were able to

make improvements to the procedures used by various technicians. Then, we implemented

more reliable procedures from that point onwards.

• I designed modifications to the molds used to make cast bronze lamps -- changing the molds

from halogen light to new LED technology -- for products sold by a company called Cast

Lighting.

• I did a feasibility study for the repair of a pantograph. The conclusion of my feasibility study

was that it was not worth it to repair the pantograph, thus saving the company money.

• I developed and maintained an inventory of production machinery.
