Description

CCM (Centralized Customer Management) project is a web based application used for billing process in

accordance to the Concentra's state specific rules. It creates a database of clients for the clinics to check in

the suspense accounts and add reporting method for the employers and MROs (Medical Review Officer) to

receive reports. State specific reports that are mandatory also needs to be sent depending on the protocols

availed by the client. The tool integrates with CRM (customer relationship Management) to generate sales

team requests and OccuSource to check in, checkout patients at clinics.

Responsibilities

* Involved early in use case design and assisted in refining the requirements even before the start of

development cycle.

* Involved in sprint planning and responsible for creating a bi-weekly test schedule and scope by environment

* Designed database testing framework for testing integration between CRM, CCM and OccuSource

applications.

* Continuous integration regression testing of database verification using Jenkins.

various business rules customizations by country, payment gateway, foreign currency rules and Bank specific

customizations.

* Performed all phases of end-to-end testing which includes Regression Testing, GUI testing, Black Box testing,

Smoke testing, User Acceptance Testing and Negative Testing of the Application
