Manheim is a US and Canada based Auto Auctions company sells various types of vehicles,

boats, heavy machinery over 170 countries. I t has implemented R12.0.6 with 2 operating units

and upgraded to R12.1.2 with few customizations and is in process of upgrading to R12.1.3

• Managed day to day business issues for AP, PO, iProc, Workflow, GL modules. Handle

c ritical and show stopper PROD issues.

• Provided Continual Service Improvements (CSI) for various areas to improve after

Optical, Ethernet, and Network Automation. Ciena has implemented 11.5.10.2 with 12 SOB’s,

17 Operating Units and 17 Inventory orgs. I t has upgraded few 7 more OU and Inventory orgs

and few enhancements.

• Support for i Expenses, iP roc, PO, AP, GL, FA modules

• Helpdesk support through the tool BMC Service Desk tool and assist users in resolving day

to day business issues.

• Gather business requirements and design and build the solution with the coordination of

CEML I team.

• Perform R oll outs and M ulti-Org setups and for new operating units and deactivate any
