Main responsibilities consisted of solving issues related to shipments going through US customs.

Organized and managed all aspects of the shipment process across the US and Mexico border, including

tracking and notifying clients of the status of their shipments. Planned and coordinated activities with all

customers to ensure safe and efficient delivery of products. Worked with many customers including
