.Product Design & Development of Automotive interior and exterior plastics

parts .

.Feasibility Studying, creation of B-side Attachments.

.Parametric 3D modeling using Catia V5.

.Drawings for manufacturing level (GD&T)

.Design & Development of Injection molded, compression molded products.

.Study the tooling feasibility and implement the changes in Part Design as

per Tooling Impact.

.Parametric 3D modeling of sheet metal parts with respect to their order of

manufacturing.

.Surface modeling, Detailing, Assembly work using Catia V5.

.Material selection considerations.

.Maintaining standard levels as per specifications required by customers.

.Reverse engineering work.

Project achievement- Successfully completed the Design & development of

McLaren Rear mirror.

There was six engineers in our design team selected for this project. My

role was basically the part
