JOB PURPOSE
Duties of electronics vary depending on type of work which involves more repair and maintenance in
manufacturing workshop. The work will be more focused on trials and controls. In such cases, they
occupy a more specific function that allows them to work on prototypes, the designing of new parts, etc.
CONTEXT
Given the ever-increasing presence of electronics in most industrial sectors and the strong development
of digital technologies, electronics personates are very much in demand, regardless of the sector.
KEY PERFORMANCE
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES INDICATORS
1. Reduce breakdown hours of
machine following KPI’s targets.
1. Design & development of newly checking & calibration
2. Work as per Quality
units.
Management System and
Company Quality Policy.
2. Analyse the defects and efficiency of parts and
equipment.
3. Managing the team to define different task occurs on
daily basis.
4. To assist in retrofitting & new machines installation
5. Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all machines.
6. Maintenance & Troubleshooting of all testing &
calibration units.
7. To Identify the source of the technical problem
8. Repair or change the parts.
9. Making of new units such as Magnetic reducer/charger,
ultrasonic welding M/cs
10. Develop, test, and supervise the manufacture of
electronic equipment.
11. Any other task assigned by HOD.
DECISION-MAKING
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects/priorities of work, for the same always
makes change as per Perform adjustments required to initiate decision making of new task to prevent
from breakdown failure always need to makes new tactics to utilize team for on-going & up-coming new
tasks.

EXPERIENCE
03 years of working experience by having good industrial repairing & troubleshooting background of
machines in AL-sons Auto Parts.

As an Engineering Co-ordinate in Engineering Department.

Job task:
1. Supervise and carry-out monthly Preventive Maintenance Plan
2. Supervise and carry-out all types of Electrical and Electronic Maintenance Tasks
3. Supervised and maintained Chiller Plant and Generators
4. Frequent checking & maintenance of Electrical and Electronic Panels
5. Troubleshooting of electrical machines/motors PCB troubleshooting and repairs
