Federal Government Enterprise Project Manager (2009-2014)

As an Enterprise Project Manager I provided direct support and assistance

to the Federal Government Sales Team by conducting site surveys and

preparing Statement of Work for customer's approval. I reviewed all sales

orders to ensure the quote was correct for the customer's needs to ensure

the project was delivered on time and within budget. If hardware or

software was missing from the sales quote I informed the sales

representative to correct it and inform the customer of any corrections.

Supporting the Federal Sales Team in the beginning stages of the order

Pitney Bowes was able to complete the projects early or onetime.

. I assigned technical resources to install mailing software and

hardware which is connected to the Pitney Bowes secure hosted server

and train the customer on all aspects of the project.

integrate Pitney Bowes software and hardware with customer's current

Senior Field Service Engineer (2005 - 2006)

As a Senior Field Service Engineer my main focus was on the install,

service, training and repair of all Domino Amjet Commercial Printing

products. I also acted as a mentor to the new employees. When needed, I

As a Field Operations Engineer I was responsible for handling all installs,

grade the application difficulty.

Interior Communications Technician IC2/SS

As an Interior Communications Tech I served on both ballistic and fast

attack submarines performing the specific duties assigned.

I maintained and repaired the Central Atmosphere Monitoring System

which was used to control the atmosphere while underway.
