reporting to CFO with responsibility for eleven employees and consultants
including personnel evaluations and IT expenditures. Project manager on
enterprise-wide project to upgrade computing and communications platform.
The project included TCP/IP LAN construction, standardize desktop and
mobile computing, IBM AS/400 to IBM iSeries 270 platform upgrade, construct
voice and data communications, upgrade data center equipment, constructing
new Telemarketing department and Geac/JBA System 21 ERP software upgrade.
Implemented E-policy for executive management and human resources. Managed
iSeries and Window 2000 platforms, technical support and coding using
RPGLE and SQL for system and application functions.
