Summary
I have served as dispatch resource manager for over seven years from June 2006 to December 2013
for a major fuel distribution company McKenzie Tank Lines Inc. My main responsibilities included
ensuring the proper dispatching of all drivers to their various routes in order to maintain efficient
product distribution daily. Conducted monthly audits on drivers to ensure driver recording accuracy
and safe delivery of products as well as ensure the driver was in compliance with federal DOT
regulations. Entered daily workload into computer database to be processed for driver payroll.
Maintained a solid relationship with the consuming clients and creating new clientele. Worked with
our corporate office to resolve driver pay issues as well as managed and scheduled driver vacation
time off. I worked on call seven days a week to ensure effective and thorough flow of business. I was
also in charge of training new staff.
Before working at McKenzie I worked for a similar company at an entry level, but due to my hard
work and dedication I was quickly mobilized and given more responsibilities of a similar platform at
McKenzie.
