Experience

Writer Intrinsic Value Films (2008 – 2014)

Working with Intrinsic has helped tighten up my writing and editing skills. Writing

coverages allowed me to learn how to write interesting copy, concise loglines as well as

editorialize subject matter. Being exposed to other writers furthered the development of my

editing skills as well.

Most recently I have been developing a spec script for them. It looks like it will start

production late 2014, possibly the first part of 2015.

Risk Management Analyst – Internal Fraud Allstate (2008 – present)

Using a combination of analytics and my background in the casualty claims I helped

develop a more robust fraud detection model.

I developed a more profound relationship with our field operations as well as sharing

opportunities to detect internal fraud through analytics.

With the help of the Internal Fraud team my most recent project has recently been

completed. The tool I developed detects fraudulent activity within the company’s EFT

(Electronic Funds Transfer) system.

I was recruited to move to Houston and help open a Luxury Day Spa. Along with managing

10 12 employees I was also involved in the development of employee policy and procedure

manuals as well as contributed to their website design.
