First month as Vice President of Manufacturing the business turned a profit. Oversaw the construction of our administration offices and the hiring of the staff as the business was spun off from Cerro Wire in 2003. Managed the largest capital project ( $ 10 million Continuous Vulcanization expansion ) in company history on time and under budget. Grew international market from $ 1 million to over $ 50 million today Directed team on the innovation and successful launching of Aetna's deep shaft mining solutions.

President April 2003 to February 2014 Aetna Insulated Wire Effectively managed business to best financial results in its history through product innovation, limited participation in commodity markets, and improved plant efficiencies and focus. Responsibilities included strategic growth, budgeting, working capital management, plant safety, and quality of profits.

Vice President of Manufacturing August 1994 to March 2003 Aetna Insulated Wire Launched quality and scrap reduction initiatives resulting in a greatly improved bottom line and ISO certification. Introduced a safety program which changed the culture of the work force dramatically reducing workplace injuries and their associated costs. Streamlined the flow of the plant better utilizing floor space and improving through put.

Various May 1979 to August 1994 Aetna Insulated Wire Hired as an Accounting Supervisor, promoted to Purchasing Manager, transfered to Sales Administration, and promoted to Operations Manager before my relocation to the manufacturing facility.
