Process Safety Management Coordinator 2012 – 2014

• I perform various tasks to improve the P.S.M. / R.M.P. program for Pinnacle Foods of

Fayetteville, AR. I have rewritten the 14 elements for the Fayetteville facility by

following OSHA, EPA and IIAR guidelines to keep the facility in compliance with

current standards and regulations. I work closely with contractors, operators, and

engineers on projects to improve the ammonia refrigeration system. I have also

worked on various energy savings projects and sustainability projects with the plant

EHS manager, engineers and engineering contractors. Audit, track and report on the

Process Safety Management Program. Train hourly and salary employees on the

Process Safety Management Program. I Work closely with the EHS manager and the

EHS Supervisor to help ensure the EHS policies and procedures are being met plant

wide.

Power House Supervisor 2011-2012

• Overseen the Power House department. Supervised 15 employees in the department.

Worked alongside the EHS manager to ensure Safety procedures and guidelines are met

within the department and the plant. Assist with sustainability, capital, and plant

projects. Ensure that maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks are being

performed safely. Ensured employees and contractors followed all rules and

regulations. Track and verify work through the EAM work order system.

Second shift Power House Lead 2010 – 2011

• Assisted in day to day plant operations to maintain the ammonia refrigeration system

and the utilities.

Georges Inc. – Springdale, AR 2007 - 2010

Maintenance Utilities Supervisor.

• My duties included operating, monitoring, maintaining, and supervising all three shifts

of the ammonia refrigeration department, all three shifts of the wastewater treatment

process, building and grounds and a third shift maintenance crew. I also maintained the

Fulton heating system, roof top a.c. units, and the quick water system. I maintained

and kept track of all the H.A.C.C.P. paper work, work orders, logs, monthly inventory,

and keeping procedures up to date.

Pappas Foods - Springdale, AR 1999 - 2007

Ammonia Refrigeration Technician.

• I preformed maintenance on various components of the ammonia refrigeration system.

My duties included building and grounds maintaining completion of work orders, and

H.A.C.C.P. logs.
