Twenty years successful experience in the surveying profession. Experienced in all types of surveying,

members. Preformed boundary, topographic, construction layout surveying, as well as several phases of

windfarm surveys. Followed download procedures of all data collected on a daily basis. Plotted daily

proper procedures to begin assigned project. Drew technical field sketches and performed field calculations.

Located, mapped pipelines, structures and utilities that where within the perimeter of impact of natural gas

pipelines.

PARTY CHIEF/ INSTRUMENT OPERATOR ARS ENGINEERING 2010-2012

Responsible for crew members on jobs assigned as Party Chief. Manually operated necessary surveying

equipment to obtain formulated field notes. Reported all finalized surveying data to supervisor for

evaluation. Responsible for the set up and operation of all instruments required to extract proper data

needed for surveying assignments. Kept field notes for later calculations by Party Chief. Majority of work

was TXDOT related ROW surveys, topographies, preliminary design work for new construction of roads and

bridges.

Located and made ready all information needed for completing daily projects. Prepared and informed crew

members of equipment needed to start work. Help crew in vehicle loading for daily readiness. Calculated

technical field data used for residential, municipal, and commercial land development. Staked roads,

buildings, and utilities. Filed proper paperwork to submit work time and mileage.

RODMAN/ INSTRUMENT OPERATOR JOHN T JAKUBIK 1992-2000

I began my surveying endeavor with this company as Rodman. Projects consisted of oilfield related

boundaries, topographies, construction layout, haydrographic survey as well as other conventional types of

surveying. After one year, I advanced to Instrument operator.
