Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping office operations in
this Title I School with approximately 850 Students, 85 Teachers,
Paraprofessionals, Faculty and Custodians. Manage and reconcile
bank accounts and other internal ledgers to account for receipt and
disbursement of funds; responsible for data entry and bookkeeping
reports. Prepare bank deposits.
< Maintain accurate attendance records for staff; track attendance
of hourly employees for payroll; maintain administrator and
staff personnel records.
< Accountable for multiple annual budgets including overall school
budget of $90,000 - $100,000 and other fee accounts of up to
$25,000.
< Research and resolve payroll issues for all employees.
