As a communications systems Non commissioned officer in the United States Marines, I set up, maintained, and

operated both secure and non secure radio networks. I also studied outside of my military occupational specialty and
received several certifications in such areas as; satellite communications, wire, global positioning systems, data
networks, various computer programs and software, switches, and weapons systems. I was with 9th Communications
Battalion for my Iraq deployment where I was sent to various locations to operate such communications systems, I was
part of the Quick React Force. After arriving back from my deployment I was placed with 1st Battalion 5th Marines and
trained for a possible deployment to Afghanistan. I trained as the Battalion Commanders personal radio operator and
driver for this deployment. I was also part of a Force Protection Team which directly protected the Battalion Commander.
I deployed with this unit on a Western Pacific tour on ship where we trained other units in communications through use
of power point and hands on method’s which we prepared ourselves.

I started with this company as one of the very first employees in maintenance in the new Tennessee facility. I went

for two weeks to Wisconsin to train for the job as a Utility Technician. As a Utility Technician my job was to
process, setup, and maintain all injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment for the presses. I am familiar
with various types of robots including, Fanuc, Ranger, Whittman, and various others. I worked on Cincinatti
Milacron injection molding presses from 20 tons down. I worked on all types of sensors including hall effect,
proximity, infrared, level, temperature, magnetic, and various others. I am familiar with some PLC programs and
software associated with it. I know how to connect to equipment to trouble shoot through PLC. I have written pick
and place robot programs and set up machines from start to finish to make products. I learned some of this
training while attending a Mechatronics course and some hands on. At this job we performed maintenance on
chillers, water cooling systems, fork lifts, packaging systems, injection molding presses, pick and place robots,
conveyers, and all building maintenance. I was placed in charge of most of hourly employees on my shift as I was
in a lead role for some time.
