Role Synopsis : GSM Based Industrial Automation Using

PLC.

. Project is like how to control industrial processes by

using a simple text message.

. To explore applications of remote control via the GSM

Short Message Service (SMS) on PLC to build a PLC

remote Monitoring and controlling system.

. To effectively receive and transmit data via SMS.

. In large industries there are so much process which we

have to control,

For controlling such process we have to keep a

maintenance engineer over there. To eliminate the need

of being physically present in any location for tasks

Involving we implemented a GSM based remote control

technology which we can control and monitor using PLC.

. Minimize power and time wastage.

. Awarded by chief minister for for getting high percentage at

12th in 2008-09.
