The intent is to develop a global program which helps D&B Customer’s effectively protect company
assets and brand from corruption and/or non-compliance to regulatory requirements. The intent of
this document is to confirm alignment to the primary components of the solution, key processes
within, implementation timeline, and investment.
Implement and maintain D&B Compliance Portal which drives all compliance/corruption screens,
monitors for changes, drives workflow notification supporting A/C policy, tracks for audit purposes,
provides access to analyst findings when a hit occurs, initiates enhanced due diligence, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Gathering Functional requirements by involving in Compliance check activities with all the
stake holders
