Manager with oversight and responsibility for Supply chain functional systems, tools and process integration for Boeing
Rotorcraft systems (RCS) for Philadelphia, PA and Mesa, AZ:
• Lead a team of 14 employees in multiple locations providing Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems integration
solutions for Boeing RCS systems. Provide guidance on material planning, order execution, demand forecasting and
repair management to the functional Supply Chain disciplines and Program Management leads within RCS.
• Plan and track multiple supply chain projects simultaneously, ranging from new system deployments for start up
programs, process definition and system integration for new SCM initiatives, day to day system maintenance and
upgrades and coordination with Information Technology (IT) for systemic solutions.
• Maintain Supply Chain inputs for proposal development activity as it pertains to new program start-ups for the CH-
47 Chinook helicopter, AH-64 Apache helicopter and the V-22 Osprey platforms. This includes management of
resources and schedules to manage customer expectations.
• Oversee the Rotorcraft functional change management governance structure for SCM systems and tools. This
includes the management of GOLD & GOLDesp (Inventory management systems), SCM front end web tools (TAV,
COPPR, WOW) and the complimentary systems for receiving (ARES), enterprise shipping system (BESSy) and
Quality applications (TIPQA)
• Leverage common best practices across Boeing Sites within the Global Services and Support division to drive
common business processes and issue resolution to improve supply chain efficiency and systems data integrity
Enterprise Sustainment Manager, GS&S Supply Chain Management, SCM 2.0 Sustainment Initative (March 2014 to
Present)

Selected as the Manager to lead the Sustainment Activity for the Integrated Material and Information Management project
within GS&S. This includes drafting and managing the future Sustainment Process while managing the Technology Road
Map for the follow on Supply Chain 2.0 inititave within GS&S. This is a special project in conjucntion with my day to day
RCS SCM job scope.

• Sustainment Project Manager for the Integrated Material Information Management (IMIM) team across
seven GS&S sites (Philadelphia, Mesa, Huntington Beach, Puget Sound, Oklahoma City, San Antonio and St. Louis)
focused on developing a common enterprise level approach to management of functional business processes and the
(27) enabling Supply Chain systems and tools.
• Manage IT service agreements and track factory order sustaining budgetary Pools for the (27) systems and
tools within GS&S. In this capacity I manage the budget of $42 million dollars, tracking actuals against the
authorized allocated values to create action plans to correct variances for over charging activity IDs.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Contract Proposal Project Team Lead (March 2012 to July 2012)
Global Services and Support Business Unit (St. Louis, MO)
Project Manager for the process improvement of the Boeing-DLA proposal effort. Selected to lead this special project by
Global Services & Support leadership in order to improve the visibility of proposals in the system, document the end to end
processes while identifying and implementing improvements, ensuring visibility of bottlenecks in the process, agreeing to
joint contracting methodologies between Boeing and the Government and implementing joint process improvement metrics
between the two organizations.
Lean Activities & Process Improvement
• Facilitated a Lean event between the two organizations to help identify and streamline the end to end Alpha
Contracting process; this resulted in over $18.5 million in savings within the organization over the next 2 fiscal years
• Collaborated with senior management in Contracts & Pricing, Supplier Management, Supply Chain Management and
program management to help implement improvements to the overall Proposal process
• Focus of the project was on Stategic Supplier Agreements/ Long term agreements, forward pricing rate agreements
between Boeing and the Government and Value Stream mapping of the end to end process with an overall
improvement in Supplier quote turnaround time of 45 days and total time of 63 days per proposal
• Worked with the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) for
TINA compliant threshold proposals to ensure compliance to department of defense regulations as they pertained to
Army and Navy DLA-Boeing contracts
Supply Chain Management Program Lead (September 2007 to March 2012)
Brigade Combat Team Modernization Program (Ridley Park, PA)
Plan and implement integrated Supply Chain Management and Performance Based Logistics solutions for the U.S. Army
Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCT-M) program, formerly Future Combat Systems (FCS). Main responsibilities
include:
Supply Chain Management Activities
• Program Supply Chain lead; developed and implemented the strategic objectives for the organization while being
responsible for the stand-up of the Oracle based Materials Resource Planning (MRP) system and the complementary
processes for Supply Chain management, inventory management, order management/ fulfillment and repair
management.
• Project Manager for the system integration between the selected MRP system and the common Boeing Defense
procurement and Quality systems; drive process improvement by aligning program to the common Boeing processes
and reducing procurement lead time by 10 days and repair cycle time by 22 days.
Inventory Management & Stock Control
• Support warehouse management and stock control at multiple locations both international and domestic. Activities
include shipping and receiving, unserviceable retrograde, manage acceptable inventory levels based on inventory
forecasting and order management processes.
Supplier Management & Sourcing Activities

• Manage strategic supplier performance and capability proactively through the use of business reviews, supplier
performance scorecards, metrics reporting and continuous improvement projects; interface with senior level supplier
representatives to ensure supplier commitment

Logistics Officer within the Army Transportation Corps; provided support to units across the Army’s combat support and
combat service support sectors. Major highlights include Logistics support in South Korea, Germany, Afghanistan (Operation
