Vice President, Zodiac Seat Shells (2010 - Present)
• Strategic and tactical leader in Zodiac’s Seat Shell business sales and volume increased 500% in 3 years.
Played major roles in Operations, Program Development and Quality.
• Held responsibility for all manufacturing and quality goals in 1100 person business unit. Responsible for all
operations and Supply Chain.
• Oversaw the overall success of all development programs for Zodiac Seat Shells. Established and
implemented new product development process.
Vice President & General Manager, 4Flight Seat Division (2008 - 2009)
• Responsible for all aspects of a 300 person division producing airline economy, business, and private business
class seating resulting in $80 million in revenue.
• Accountability for profit, loss, and management for all departments responsible for complete fulfillment
of customer orders, including: Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Scheduling, Purchasing,
Machine Shop, Warehousing, and Customer Service.
• Oversaw quality initiative that improved quality rating for 80% of total products produced. Quality rating
increased 50%.
• Led development of C&D’s new lightweight economy seat introduced in fall 2009.
Vice President Corporate Industrial Operations, C&D Zodiac (2006 - 2008)
• Responsible for developing and carrying out manufacturing best practice assessment for 11 C&D divisions.
• Led project in largest site which decreased cycle times 25% in manufacturing of aircraft galleys,
lavatories and closets.
• Spent three months in Mexico facility leading taskforce to get them back on schedule. Implemented
master schedule and visual management to bring them back on schedule.
Vice President & General Manager, Montreal Business Jet Division (2005-2006)
• Grew division from 300 to 600 employees in less than two years. Sales grew from $10 million to $40 million
annually. Primary products were fully customized interiors for the Bombardier Global 5000 and the Challenger
604 & 605.
• Transformed the production methodology from a push system to a pull system utilizing lean manufacturing and
implemented Kanban inventory systems. Resulted in cycle times and work in process decreased by 60%.
• Leveraged existing plant floor space and equipment through Lean initiatives allowing a 300% increase in
actual sales in same floor space. This included moving large equipment areas and developing value
stream production lines.
• Oversaw successful implementation of C&D’s business system into the Montréal division.
General Manager, C&D Zodiac Huntington Beach Division (2004-2005)
• Responsible for all aspects of a 350 person division producing cabin interiors for Bombardier and Airbus.
• Accountability for profit, loss, and management for all departments responsible for complete fulfillment
of customer orders, including: Production, Engineering, Quality, Planning and Scheduling, Purchasing,
Machine Shop, Warehousing, and Customer Service.
Corporate Vice President Quality Assurance, C&D Aerospace (1999-2004)
• Responsible for corporate wide quality system in all C&D facilities. Managed a direct staff of Quality
Managers in all divisions with responsibility for 150 quality assurance employees.
• Led the development and implementation of a corporate quality system that achieved multi facility AS9100
certification.
• Developed and implemented a corporate cost of quality system.
General Manager, C&D Aerospace Garden Grove Division (1998-1999)
• Responsible for all aspects of a 180 person division producing airline retrofit interiors for multiple airframes and
Bombardier CRJ 200 interiors.

• Recognized for introducing and developing lean manufacturing systems at C&D. Lean models
developed eventually became company standards and are the baseline operating system for all current

• Featured speaker at the Québec Aerospace Association (known by its French acronym AQA).
