Many years of experience as a Project Manage and Quality
Control Manager on many projects that included marine salvage work,
environmental clean-up projects, marine construction projects, flood
control projects, marine dredging, FDOT bridge and road construction, Pump
Station construction. Water control sites that include gates, levees, trash
rakes, screens and conveyor systems. Vertical building construction and
many other types of construction projects. Most of these projects were
USACOE and SFWMD work.
1993-2003 U.S.C.G. Licensed Boat Captain
I hold a 100 ton Masters License and have operated
vessels in the
Waters of New England, Florida, Bahamas, Puerto
Rico, U.S. Virgin
Islands, Venezuela, Panama and Costa Rica.
1992. U.S. Airways-Airline Captain
Flew 36 years in the Airline industry starting with Mohawk
Airlines
which eventually became U.S. Airways. I did extensive
work for the pilot group in many capacities including air
safety,
federal air regulations and government affairs. Over
40,000 hours of accident free and incident free flying time.

1976. Owner/Operator of Osprey Aviation
Pioneered the concept of using small aircraft to locate and
catch swordfish
off the Northeastern U.S. coastline. This was in the era of the
commercial
harpoon fishing industry.
1950- 1963 U.S. Marine Corps, Fighter/Attack, Naval Aviator
Enlisted as a PFC and was honorably discharged as a Captain.
Flew both propeller and jet aircraft for the Marine Corps. and
enjoyed extensive time flying from aircraft carriers. .
