Metrics and Reporting Specialist
o Improved Sarbanes-Oxley compliance along with providing scorecards for the
various teams in the IT department using database reports. These were created on
an as needed and a scheduled basis. Attention to detail was required to match
customer expectations thoroughly. The customers were both internal and external
and I communicated with them through email and by phone or in person. This
process improved efficiency and profitability using Crystal Reporting along with
Excel and other reporting tools. Able to better utilize resources and lower lead
times for services provided.
o Centralized our knowledge base to reduce costs and loss of data throughout the IT
area. Call Center utilizes this knowledge base to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
Increased first-call resolutions using knowledge base and change control system
for tracking progress.
o Used data trending to provide information for redundancy and cost reduction.
o Furthered company strategies and fostered understanding between teams by
acting as liaison and building relationships with each to help resolve problems.
o Headed project to reduce backlog of lease refresh for pc replacement using Six

Operations Technical Analyst / IS Specialist Engineer
o Provided continuous service to our internal customers during the change in
platform for the mainframe system by converting programs and stored procedures
to new format and assigning new program numbers.
o Kept changes for mainframe and distributed systems within procedural
parameters for each type to improve efficiency of both systems and their
applications. Kept these changes within proper workflow by implementing new
tools for applications. This reduced impact on business caused by downtime by
giving proper back out procedures for erroneous changes, resulting in a higher
percentage of uptime for all systems and reducing operating costs.
o Mapped business and distributed change processes with VISIO to ensure
standards were met and maintained at all times. This made each process visible as
well as making process changes easier to implement.
o Implemented and administered the PeopleSoft change control tool STAT. This
included maintaining user connectivity with SQL Server for security as well as
approving and installing program changes for the PeopleSoft Financial team.
There was a reduction in wait time and cost for the financial team associated with
this implementation as well as accountability for compliance.
o Implemented and administered Business Continuity repository REVO to assist in
Disaster Recovery planning for the company. Trained users to populate and
maintain their data and processes in the new system. This allowed for faster
restoration of operations in case of emergency or disaster.
o Worked with internal auditors and Compliancy department to maintain our
Sarbanes-Oxley compliance level. Included random checks of changes put in
place for mainframe and client/server changes.

Quality Engineer to provide information about off quality. This provided the
information to process claims quicker and more efficiently.
o Developed and maintained facility website for SQS system that is based on the
ISO9001 standards system. Controlled the documents each process and
implemented a training course for new team members. This program sped up the
new team members ability to perform their job duties correctly which increased
profits, and moving the company into more global position for conducting
business as well as reduced training time for new team members.
o Assisted in Quality Test Lab with various standards testing to provide quality
products for our customers.
