with youth that have been court ordered to the facility due to crime or
domestic abuse. Teach them about life skills. Keep a record of their
behavior towards staff as well as other residents. Talk with them and guide
them in a direction that allows them to make the best choice. Talk with
other staff as well as one on one with resident to come up with a plan that
will allow a resident to change for the better.

BSS-Behavioral Support Staff. Alternative school for troubled youth.
Shadowed youth while they attended classes and made sure they stayed on
task. Documented any troublesome or disruptive behavior and intervened
accordingly.
Youth Intervention Center May '14- August '14

extinction, Personality Theories-learned about the types of personalities
a person could have, Social Psych-learned about how society works based
on a person's behavior and how people interact with each other.
Psychology of Drug Addiction- currently enrolled. learning treatment
models and techniques to help those with substance addiction or abuse.
Activities
. Volunteered youth football camp-taught kids how to run routes,catch
balls, and work together on a team. Summer 2006.
