Brief description of the projects:

The project deals with the merging of paramount and Viacom instances to a consolidated one. It also involves

integration of ServiceNow with SCCM 2007R1.The consolidated new instance is to be upgraded to Eureka

from Aspen.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Worked as module lead and application support was given for incident management, problem

management, Change management, Software Asset Management and Service catalog.

• Involved in MSI, MST packaging using Admin studio 11.5.

Brief description of the projects:

iSpace migration project dealt with the migration of around 15000+ applications from Windows XP to

Windows 7.The migration was based on Application Virtualization and MSI repackaging .The tools used

were Wise Packaging Studio(WPS) and Symantec Workspace Virtualization (SWV). The procedure for the

migration using virtualization of applications included Analysis of source (.msi or .exe), virtualization of

applications using Symantec Virtual Composer, Unit Testing, Moving for Compliance check through EDAM

and Automatic as well as manual UAT. iSpace migration project was executed at JP Morgan Chase,

Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Working in migration project (Windows XP to Windows 7).

• Repacking the SWV package and MSI into SWV package

• Working with team to resolve issues in Repackage

• Working on Symantec Virtualization.

• Performing quality analysis to ensure the packaging standards.

• Handling of production issues through high priority tickets

• Identified as UAT coordinator for the team covering ASIAPAC, EMEA and NA regions. Was

responsible for coordinating around 2500 UAT's in the project covering entire ASIAPAC region

Project Name : US CONSUMER WEB

Client : Marsh Insurance US.

Brief description of the projects:

This application facilitates end users to apply online for an insurance coverage, renew their insurance

coverage, get documents etc. It acts as a web interface for an insurance system Velocity. Velocity provides a

UI for the technical/business users. However, its not customizable to be given to end users. And so there was

a need felt for a web interface that will talk to Velocity. But we can have a customized UI catering to business

needs. This will help facilitate the end users to apply online for an insurance coverage, renew their insurance

coverage, get documents etc. Thats the driving force behind this entire Velocity web project.

The website provides an interface to the end user to talk to Velocity and thereby allow them to :

- Create/Update customer/client in Velocity

- Create application in Velocity,

- Get quote

- Accept quote, generate policy

- Make payment

- Generate policy certificates, print policy certificates

- Velocity backend configuration.

Role and Responsibilities:

Actively participated in the requirement gathering process including requirement reviews. Worked for US

Web team and US Web CTB and RTB teams dealing with almost all Velocity Configuration part in backend

and front end.

Accomplishments:

• Received client appreciations for delivering quality package within SLA.

• Received the SPOT EXCELLENCE AWARD, which is an Insurance BU initiative.

• Received several client appreciations for the UAT coordination done in the iSpace migration project.
